Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, she attended the University of Kentucky where she studied business and interior design. After college she moved to Washington DC and began a career with an airline traveling internationally around the world.

Tracey and her husband Billy Clay, who worked in the investment business in Memphis moved to Destin in 2001, and then became interested in the real estate development and sales industry.

Tracey enjoys traveling, sport fishing,is an avid UK basketball fan and loves going to The Grove at Old Miss with her husband who was a former All American football player. When not at a beautiful beach,the Clays love to vacation in the Teton Mountains in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
