Leslie Rudder is a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional committed to customer service.

She found her passion as a real estate specialist when she joined Coldwell Banker in 2001. After only a year in the business, she was named the 2002 Coldwell Banker “Rookie of the Year” for the eastern division, and she has been recognized as a top producing realtor year after year.

Respected in the Destin area for her high ethical standards and reputation as an honest, hard-working real estate professional, Leslie makes her client’s needs and concerns her top priority. She is known for her strong communication and negotiation skills, consistently surpassing her cleint’s expectations and creating an optimal buying and selling experience.

Leslie grew up in Tallahassee, Florida, and her outgoing personality led her to an early career in sales for Playtex Family Products Corporation. After purchasing a home on the Destin Harbor as a rental investment in 1991, Leslie fell in love with the relaxed southern coastal feel of the Emerald Coast and decided it was the perfect place to raise a family. She and her family moved to Destin full time in 1994, and have lived there ever since.

In her free time, Leslie and her husband, Ward, enjoy boating, FSU football, friends and family!
